Shipping Rates

Our website calculates the exact shipping cost for each order based on the weight. This rate is calculated on the Zip Code, State or Country contained in the shipping address, If the order contains many large sheet metal or heavy engine parts, we may need to recalculate the shipping prices. We will not ship any order which needs a shipping cost adjustment without contacting the customer for confirmation first. We do reserve the right to cancel any order and return the customers payment if we cannot come to an agreement on the shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

• All stock replacement parts sold by McNab Foreign Car or McNab Group LLC are warranted against defects for 6 months.
• We will replace free of charge or credit your account at our discretion.
• You must call our returns Manager to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible, the returns manager will issue a warranty return authorization number ( WRA ).
• Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem.
• Send item(s) shipping prepaid with the WRA clearly displayed on the outside of your box. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused.
• McNab Foreign Car or McNab Group LLC cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc.
• No warranty or return on Electrical, Carburetors, Books, specially ordered, custom hi-performance parts, Installed or altered parts.

Returns

We offer the highest quality merchandise available. If for any reason with in the first 30 days of receipt, (verified through the UPS or other tracking systems) you may return the unused and completely resalable item or items (shipping prepaid, contents insured) for a prompt refund or credit (excluding shipping and handling). You must call and speak to our returns Manager, a Returns authorization number will be issued and must be prominently marked on the outside of the box, or the item will be refused. RGA's are good for 30 days after being issued. Items returned more than 30 days after will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please return products in unused and resalable condition, in original boxes, wrapping, and with all paperwork. Please allow 30 days for processing.

No returns allowed on any installed or altered parts. No returns allowed on any electrical parts, carburetors, special orders items or books. No returns allowed on any cores which shows any sign of being previously disassembled. Customers must bear cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem unless as a result of our error.

Unauthorized & Improper returns. All returns that do not meet our requirements will be refused and the customer must bare any costs for return shipping back to them.

Core Returns

Customers bare the cost of return shipping on their core returns. Cores must not be dissembled in any way. Any core return which show signs of disassembly will be refused and return shipping will be at the customers expense We must be sent all cores back to the original supplier for approval. Please allow us the time necessary to process, send to supplier, await approval and final processing of your credit.
